I just had this conversation with Kellen at lunch today:
Kellen: "What are you cutting?"
Me: "A kiwi fruit."
K: "It looks so small."
Me: "Isn't it funny that there is a kiwi fruit AND a kiwi bird?" (Grandma & Grandpa just got back from Australia/NZ & brought the kids a stuffed animal kiwi)...
K: "And a kiwi girl! From Annika's party!"
Hahaha...Me: ":) Her name is KiVi!"
That's awesome! She's pretty used to being called Kiwi by now. But we didn't even make that connection of course when we named her!
